Returns Policy

Returning an item.

If you wish to return an item, or items, then please use the return shipping address that we will give you when you email us. At this moment we do not offer free returns (unless item or items are faulty) so it is up to the customer to arrange postage. Please note that we recommend a recorded delivery option.

Faulty items.

We apologise if you receive something that is faulty. Please send us a message and we will get this sorted for you.

Relevant London Returns Policy

. We do not offer exchanges at the moment. Only refunds.

. If something isn't right, do not panic. Let us know and we can sort it for you.

. All items are thoroughly inspected before a refund is processed.

. All items must be unworn, unwashed and still have the original labels in.

. You have 14 days to return any unwanted items.

More than one order.

All orders must be sent back separately as we cannot process a refund as one order.
